Beautifully updated first-floor condo on the Gulf with incredible views. Updates throughout. Fully stocked kitchen, including a coffee maker, dining table seats six, bar top seats two. The living room includes sofa and loveseat, a small reading area, access to the patio, and a breakfast table to enjoy the views while indoors. The master suite offers a bathroom with a walk-in shower and large vanity, a private entrance to the patio, TV, and touch lamps with USB ports. The second bedroom includes a queen-size bed. The third bedroom has two full-sized beds, a lamp with USB ports, and a TV. Full second bathroom. Full-sized washer/dryer in the unit with laundry soap. The patio boasts peaceful sounds and views of the Gulf and quick access to the outdoor pool and beach boardwalk. Enjoy your meals outdoors at the patio table that seats six and relax in the three chaise loungers. Don't feel like traveling with sand toys and beach towels, we almost always have toys in our storage box-"borrow a toy, leave a toy" and a basket full of towels--making it easier for young families to vacation. A parking pass is provided for one car during your stay (for up to two weeks). One additional parking pass can be purchased at the security building for $50. Rentable chairs and Umbrellas are close by on the beach. Dates available for summer 2025 are filling up. The minimum stay is three nights, four nights during summer season.
The location is right in the heart of Orange Beach--One mile from Coastal, about five miles from Florabama, and about six miles from The Hangout. Stores close by include Publix Grocery, Walmart, Dollar General, souvenir shops, and many options for restaurants and ice cream. Some of my favorite restaurants are Coastal-tuna nachos, Cactus Cantina-fast great Mexican food and the margaritas are top notch, Wolf Bay for crab dip appetizer, Lunas-all the food is great!, Cobalt-great food and amazing view-right on the bay, DMacs for good music, The Keg(smoking bar)-award-winning burgers, Tin Top-all the food is great-a little drive and often has a wait-staff is really good!. Dells Icecream-brownie sundae with salted caramel ice cream.

**NO smoking/vaping of any kind is permitted in the unit or on the patio of the unit. Smoking/vaping is only permitted in the marked smoking area of Condo Association.
**One parking pass is included with a stay of up to two weeks. Additional time and an additional pass may be purchased at the security gate. No more than two parking passes may be issued.
**Rent ranges from $250-$650 per night based on the date of booking.
