**Must be 25 years old to rent.  Must occupy the Premised the entire term of the lease.  ID must be provided to verify the minimum age.  
**NO smoking/vaping of any kind is permitted in the unit or on the patio of the unit.  Smoking/vaping is only permitted in the marked smoking area of Condo Association.
**One parking pass is included with a stay of up to two weeks.  Additional time and an additional pass may be purchased at the security gate.  No more than two parking passes may be issued. 
**Rent ranges from $250-$650 per night based on the date of booking.
