Lemonade Stand is an excellent choice for gatherings, located directly across from the beach in West Beach, just 2 miles west of Hwy 59. It's conveniently close to local restaurants and shops, and only half a block from Waves Market and Beach House Kitchen & Cocktails. For 2026, we have added an elevator, and a 13th full bath!
The house boasts 13 spacious bedrooms, including 11 King beds and 2 Queen beds. Among these, 6 bedrooms have Twin Daybeds or Daybeds with Trundles. Most bedrooms feature private balconies with views of the Gulf or the pool and Little Lagoon, and each bedroom is equipped with a TV. Every bedroom has an adjoining bath.
Inside, you'll find generous living spaces. The east side features a large living room with ample seating, while the west side offers a dining area with three large tables. The two side-by-side kitchens are well-equipped with 2 refrigerators, 2 beverage coolers, 2 undercounter ice machines, 2 double ovens, and 4 dishwashers. For laundry needs, there are 4 sets of washers and dryers.
The 20'x30' private pool, which can be heated from October to May for $60 per day, comes with plenty of lounge chairs. The outdoor area includes a spacious covered gathering space with charcoal grills, four 12' picnic tables, and additional open deck space for outdoor dining. Beach essentials like sand chairs and wagons are also provided for your convenience.
The layout of Lemonade Stand is spread across three floors. The First Floor includes 5 bedrooms, 4 baths, a family room, and 2 laundries. The Middle Floor features large living and dining areas, with two King bedrooms overlooking the pool, and two powder rooms. The Top Floor houses 6 bedrooms, including 2 King bedrooms with daybeds, 2 King bedrooms with Daybeds and Trundles, and 2 Queen bedrooms, each with a private bath. This floor also includes 2 additional laundries.
The house is pet-friendly, allowing up to 2 dogs. There is an additional pet fee of $348.
This property is not available for rental to groups under the age of 25 or for bachelor or bachelorette parties. For Music Festival dates, a refundable damage/cleaning deposit is required to ensure the property is maintained as expected.
