This property features stunning lagoon views, a private 18'x8' pool that can be heated from October to May for $60 per day, and access to a shared pier and boat launch. Accommodating up to 16 guests (maximum 12 adults), the house includes 6 bedrooms, each with a private bath, Smart TV, and comfortable beds.
The beach access is located at Lagoon Pass Park, just a 5-minute walk from the home. This park is a great spot for enjoying the beach, with public parking available for $15 per day, restrooms, and outdoor showers available on the north side. The public beach is across the road.
On the main floor, you'll find the living and dining areas, a well-stocked kitchen, laundry facilities, 2 King Bedrooms, and 3 full baths.
The top floor features a King primary suite with a private balcony and deluxe bath, including a double vanity, large tub, and separate shower. Additionally, there is another King Bedroom and two bedrooms, each with a pair of Queen beds. The upstairs landing offers a seating area with a television for added relaxation space.
Outdoors, the pool area provides beautiful views of Little Lagoon and plenty of room to unwind. You'll also find a fire pit and a charcoal grill, perfect for outdoor gatherings.
The house is pet-friendly, allowing up to 2 dogs. There is an additional pet fee of $348.
Nestled in the quiet and family-friendly Lagoon Pass neighborhood, this home is ideal for those who love fishing and wildlife. You'll often spot herons and pelicans on both the lagoon and Gulf sides.
This property is not available for rental to groups under the age of 25 or for bachelor or bachelorette parties. For the Hangout Music Festival, a $1000 refundable damage/cleaning deposit is required to ensure the property is maintained as expected.
