Fully stocked chef's kitchen with top of the line appliances includinga 5-burner gas range.

King beds in the master and 2nd guest bedroom, 2 double/full size beds in the 3rd bedroom and a pull out sleeper in the den.

Private bathroom for each bedroom and additional 1/2 bath in the common area.

Wet bar includes built in wine fridge and ice machine and sink.

--PARKING: $50/pass/stay (limit 2) due prior to arrival. 3rd pass can be purchased. 
--Refundable Security deposit of $250 is collected at booking and is refundable after your stay
--Deposit can be collected via PayPal, Venmo or check (time permitting)
--Final balance is due 60 days prioir to arrival.  Check is preferred form of payment.  
--Credit card can be accepted for final payment via PayPal for final balance due for an additional 3.5% processing
