Beach chairs/cart etc provided! The Primary King bedroom has access to the balcony and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom sleeps 3 with a Queen Bed/Twin Trundle and an ensuite bathroom. A queen sofa sleeper sleeps 2. You will have a full size washer/dryer in the unit. Fully equipped kitchen with all dishes and cookware ! Smart TV's! One Covered parking space! Unit is on the 4th floor above the 3 level garage. Secure Wifi available.
Our Crystal Shores West unit is clean, cozy and comfortable. The balcony is everything! Looks right over the beach and the blue gulf waters. Balcony doors also have safety locks. Head down the elevator and out the beach gate to the white sands! All Smart TV's are hung on the wall to provide you more space.. Cook in the kitchen for your meals because it's fully stocked with cookware and dishes! Bathrooms have towels, soap, shampoo, etc. Bring your own Beach towels. Limited toiletries but you can go to the Pier 33 store close by for what you need. No smoking/vaping in the unit or on balcony. No pets or animals.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
*A signed rental agreement and a picture of ID will be required after booking. This will include all check-in and check-out instructions. A $500 damage deposit will be collected and refunded pending post checkout inspection. Deposits will be accepted by Check or Venmo.
*A parking pass is required to park anywhere on the property. We provide one pass in the condo when you arrive. You must write in your checkout date and place it in your vehicle. If you have a 2nd vehicle you can purchase a 2nd pass in the office (approx $45.00) This is stricly enforced.
* Owner not responsible for any amenity or elevator malfunction, repair or closure. There may be a time you have to take the stairs.
* We highly recommend Travel Insurance - especially during storm/hurricane season which is June-November
* All guests must comply with all building rules and regulations. A list is provided in the back of the guest book for your review.
* The building manager will use the speaker system within the smoke alarms to communicate any emergency information.
* There is no office check-in. We provide your Door code/Beach and Pool gate codes a few days before check-in. Check in/door code is active only at 4pm sharp Central Time.
* Beach equipment included are beach chairs, camping chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, boogie boards, fishing rods, etc. We ask that you take care of the equipment and return all items to the outdoor storage.
* Condo is on the 4th floor above a 3 level garage.
* We try to provide a few items as a convenience that you will not need to buy - this includes coffee filters, dishwasher pods and beach toys for kids. Limited items include TP, Paper towels, trash bags, etc. Some guests leave salt, pepper, sugar, oil, etc for future guests above the stove.
* Kitchen is fully stocked and includes dishes for children. There is one coffee pot and one Keurig style appliance.
* Max people is 7, including children. A pack-n-play and high chair are available.
* All guests are required to wear wrist bands to the pool and beach. These are provided.
