"A Wave From It All" is San Carlos 1902, a renovated 19th-floor corner condo in Gulf Shores with an oversized east-facing balcony over the Gulf, a good spot for sunrise. It's a walk to The Hangout, Pink Pony Pub, and Sea-N-Suds.
The condo has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and sleeps 8: a king bed, a queen bed, a twin bunk set, and a sleeper sofa.
Updates include new furniture, granite countertops, new decor, and Smart TVs. The open-concept kitchen and living area keeps the Gulf in view while you cook. An 8-person farmhouse table plus 2 barstools seat the whole group for meals. The fully stocked kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer, Wi-Fi, and a laptop-friendly workspace make longer stays easy.
San Carlos amenities include a pool, sauna, gym, and BBQ grills on the east side of the building.
Location: Walk to The Hangout, Pink Pony Pub, Sea-N-Suds, and nearby restaurants and souvenir shops in the heart of Gulf Shores.
Parking: Upon arrival, go to the 3rd floor to get your parking pass. Parking passes are $50 per vehicle, increasing to $60 per vehicle on January 1, 2027. The pass covers parking on the 1st floor, inside the garage or out, first come, first served. Keep the pass visible on your dash.
Your comfort is our priority. Every reservation includes a starter set of paper towels, dish detergent, laundry essentials, and toiletries like toilet paper, shampoo, soap, etc., plus K-cups for your morning coffee. Our local Coastal South Vacation Rentals team handles professional cleaning and clear communication, and we're here for questions or local recommendations before and during your stay.
Please note that the person booking the reservation must be at least 25 years old and be present during the duration of the stay. A signed rental agreement and picture of ID matching the credit card are required. The parking fee is paid on-site.
