The space

The spacious new construction home features 3 bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom for added comfort and privacy. There's an additional full bathroom downstairs for convenience. The living area includes a queen sleeper sofa for extra sleeping space, and the fully stocked kitchen is perfect for preparing delicious meals during your stay.

EXPECTATIONS:
Upon arrival, you will have clean sheets and covers on all beds. One bath towel and one hand towel per person are provided.
Two hand towels per bathroom are provided, as well as one kitchen towel.
A starter supply of incidentals, including:

- 2 Dishwasher Tablets
- 2 Laundry Pods
- 3oz Dish Soap
- Sponge
- 1 Trash Bag per can
- 1 Roll Paper Towel
- 1 Roll of Toilet Paper per bathroom

WALKING DISTANCE:
You'll enjoy Doc's Seafood, Ruby Slipper Cafe and Putt Putt at the entrance to the community. About a 7-10 minute walk from the house or a 1-2 minute drive!
Must be 25 to book. Travel Insurance is highly recommended. Refunds will not be provided for inclement weather, beach closings, marine life, etc.
