Parking

• Parking passes can be purchased on-site at the guard shack for $50 each, with a limit of two passes per condo. If you arrive after 10 p.m., you may purchase your pass(es) the following morning.
• Parking for a third vehicle is available in the overflow parking lot across the street on a first-come, first-served basis. Additional parking may be available at the Hosteeva LLC office located across the street—please call in advance to confirm availability.

Things to know

• Please note we don't provide beach towels
• For March 1st to May 1st the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old.
• No boats, jet skis, RVs, boat trailers, or trailers of any kind are allowed per association rules
