The condo offers two spacious bedrooms, each with a comfortable king-sized bed and soft linens, giving everyone a restful place to recharge. With two full bathrooms, including one with a relaxing jetted bathtub, you'll have everything you need to unwind after a day at the beach.

Enjoy access to four swimming pools, including three outdoor options (one designated for adults) and a large heated indoor pool—perfect for year-round enjoyment. Parking

• Parking Passes cost $50+taxes per pass, maximum of 2 passes.

Things to know

• There are two boat slips available for $50 per day ($100 per day during certain holidays). There's also parking for boats on site that's free (first-come, first-served).
• Front desk hours are from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
• Security camera/recording device — “For your safety and protection, some properties have cameras installed outside. Surveillance cameras are not inside any of our properties.”
• Please note we don't provide beach towels
• For March 1st to May 1st the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old.
• No boats, jet skis, RVs, boat trailers, or trailers of any kind are allowed per association rules
