• Parking includes one reserved numbered space on the top level of the west parking garage “Blue Heron,” plus one additional unmarked space.

• Please note that the pool area is nearby and is accessible via a complimentary shuttle.
• State Identification Card or Driver's License copy will be requested upon booking.
• Traveler must be at least 22 years of age to make a reservation.
• Security camera/recording device — “For your safety and protection, some properties have cameras installed outside. Surveillance cameras are not inside any of our properties.”
• Please note we don't provide beach towels.
• For March 1st to May 1st the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old.
• No boats, jet skis, RVs, boat trailers, or trailers of any kind are allowed per association rules
