Step outside and enjoy the expansive deck overlooking the calm, sandy-bottom waters of Little Lagoon — perfect for swimming, kayaking, fishing, crabbing, or just relaxing by the water.

The private pier is a standout feature, complete with a crab deck and swing — an ideal spot to unwind and take in the peaceful surroundings.

And when it's time to gather and relax, head to your very own screened tiki bar, fully equipped with a fridge, dart board, and bar setup — the perfect hangout after a day on the water.

Located directly across from The Peninsula Golf Course and just minutes from the beach, Gulf Shores dining, shopping, and attractions, this home also sits near the scenic Fort Morgan Bike Trail and the Bon Secour National Wildlife Refuge — a paradise for bird watchers and nature lovers alike.
