Welcome to The Moorings 101, a stylish condo designed for comfort, convenience, and a true coastal experience.

From the moment you arrive, you'll notice the inviting open layout with a spacious living area, a fully equipped kitchen ready for home-cooked meals, and a dining space perfect for gathering together. Large windows and direct balcony access bring in plenty of natural light while offering relaxing views of the water, creating the ideal setting to start your mornings with a cup of coffee or unwind in the evening.

Just steps away, guests can enjoy a wide range of community amenities including a sparkling outdoor pool, soothing hot tub, modern fitness center, and grilling area.

Beyond the community, you'll find Orange Beach's best attractions close by—whether it's waterfront dining, boutique shopping, family-friendly entertainment, or endless outdoor activities along the Alabama coast.

Parking

• Parking is available at no cost for 2 vehicles maximum. Park in any unmarked spot within the lot. Parking is NOT available for boats or trailers of any kind.

Things to know

• Boat docking is not available for guests at all at any time. This area is for fishing access only. For boat launch and storage, the closest marina Sportsman Marina and slips are available for rent there.
• Security camera/recording device — “For your safety and protection, some properties have cameras installed outside. Surveillance cameras are not inside any of our properties.”
• Please note we don't provide beach towels
• For March 1st to May 1st the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old.
• No boats, jet skis, RVs, boat trailers, or trailers of any kind are allowed per association rules
