Parking

• You will receive a link to register and pay for your parking online. There are no physical parking passes.
• 2 parking passes per unit, $45 per pass if purchased in advance. $50 each the day of arrival

Things to know

• For March 1st to May 1st the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old.
• Traveler must be at least 22 years of age to make a reservation.
• State Identification Card or Driver's License copy will be requested upon booking.
• Security camera/recording device — “For your safety and protection, some properties have cameras installed outside. Surveillance cameras are not inside any of our properties.”
• Please note we don't provide beach towels
• No boats, jet skis, RVs, boat trailers, or trailers of any kind are allowed per association rules
