Wonderful view of the ocean, swimming pool, grounds and beach from both living room, master bedroom which has sliders to the balcony, and of course from the wide spacious balcony.
On the ground floor of the building is our exercise facility, steam room/sauna and hot tubs and then across the parking lot we have our indoor pool.
Also on the ground floor is laundry facility, card room/conference/gathering room.
Sassy Bass the wonderful restaurant is on the ground floor of our building facing the beach.
You can bring as many cars as you want but there is a $35 per vehicle charge but that is the total total whether it's a day or a month.

Other things to note
A keyless entry code will be texted to your cell on arrival day between noon and 3 p.m. as arrival time is 3 p.m.
You will receive a personalized email confirmation to your email which is why I ask for your email address after the booking and that will have ALL the info you will need.
You can ALWAYS go on property by noon and enjoy the beach/pools tc but access to condo will be between noon and 3 depending on how the cleaning rotation goes.
