Solo Vista is NEW to our program with some great amenities you'll love! Right on the beach with great living space, lots of dining seating, a game room, and home theater, this home also has 12 bedrooms with their own private bathrooms! Outside on the deck, you can enjoy a private heatable pool (available October-May for $60 per day), an outdoor bar, and some great outdoor dining and lounging space right next to your dune walkover to get direct access to the beach.
During the summer, Solo Vista is available for Saturday to Saturday weekly rentals!
The main floor has tons of great space for gathering and enjoying your trip together with a large living room and tons of seating! The spacious kitchen features three full-size refrigerators, two dishwashers, two ranges, a commercial ice machine, and a long breakfast/coffee bar to get your day started. Just off the kitchen, you have a game room with a pool table, smart tv, and arcade games to keep the whole group entertained! There is also a great home theater with comfortable seating to relax and finish your day at the beach. Finally, there are three bedrooms on the main floor, a handicap friendly King bedroom with walk in shower en suite, a pair of Twin beds, and a Queen over Queen bunk room. There are also 2 half baths, one off the kitchen, and the other by the pool so you don't have to get water and sand inside to use the restroom!
On the second floor, you will find lots of bedrooms to choose from including 2 beachfront King bedrooms, 4 additional King bedrooms, and 2 bunk rooms, each with 4 Queen beds (2 sets of Queen/Queen bunks) and 2 Twin beds (Twin/Twin bunk). Each of these bedrooms will also have its own private bathroom!
On the top floor, you will find a second living area/lounge space with some spectacular views out to the Gulf including another full size refrigerator, dishwasher, bar seating, and plenty of additional lounge seating to enjoy your trip! There is also the final King bedroom with its own private bathroom, as well as a half bathroom for the common space. Outside, you can enjoy the view from the top floor balcony for some extra sun during your stay!
Solo Vista is located on West Beach Boulevard, 2.2 miles west of Highway 59 in Gulf Shores, AL.
This property is not available for rental to groups under the age of 25 or for bachelor or bachelorette parties. For the Hangout Music Festival, a $1000 refundable damage/cleaning deposit is required to ensure the property is maintained as expected.
