This home is all artfully arranged on a single floor with all your needs easily reachable. Everything is centered on the great room and kitchen with bedrooms flanking. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed to prepare and serve meals to large groups while also featuring a refrigerator, an oven, a dishwasher, an undercounter ice maker, drip and Keurig coffee makers, and abundant counter space. This house features 3 King bedrooms and 2 Queen pair bedrooms. This home boasts a pair of beachfront King suites featuring private baths. One of these, the primary King suite, is complemented by double vanities, a large shower, and a private water closet. On the east side are a pair of rooms each with 2 Queen beds sharing a full bath, and on the west is a King bedroom with a gorgeous view of Little Lagoon which is served by a hall bath.

This property is not available for rental to groups under the age of 25 or for bachelor or bachelorette parties. For Music Festival dates, a refundable damage/cleaning deposit is required to ensure the property is maintained as expected.
