206 Romar Place is the condo you've been searching for ... look no further ...  this beautiful condo is located directly on the white sands of the Gulf.  We have a non smoking policy. This includes the balcony as well as the unit.  You'll love the second floor and easy access.  Use one of the two high speed elevators to get to the second floor or get a little exercise by just walking up two short flights of stairs.

The condo is decorated in beachy colors with lots of extra accents.   Kitchen and bathrooms updated with granite, new cabinets.  New stainless steel appliances in kitchen.  New tile floor throughout, other than bedrooms.  New carpet in bedrooms.

Our sugar white sandy beaches gleam in the sun and warm your soul and your toes.  The emerald waters of the Gulf rival any coastline.  Come on down and enjoy the sun, sand, seafood and family oriented atmosphere.  Large stainless steel outdoor beachside charcoal grills are available for your use. 

Heated indoor pool, hot tub, sauna.  Outdoor beach side pool.

$400 security deposit due at time of booking. 
NO SMOKING IN CONDO OR ON BALCONY per condo policy.  If evidence of smoking is found your deposit will not be refunded  I accept personal checks or money order only.  NO CREDIT CARDS.

When rent is received I will mail you keys.  

Guest registration for parking is paid to property manager upon arrival.
Limit of two cars per condo.  Registration is $30 per vehicle.
