The guest bedroom has new full over full bunk beds (top bunk is for children only 125 pounds capacity) with new matresses with high quality bedding, mounted HD television and unobstructed view of the Gulf of America from the window.
The kitchen has granite countertops,custom cabinets, breakfast bar and is fully equipped with coffee maker, four slice bagel toaster, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, stainless steel undermount sink with disposal, microwave, stove, blender, crock pot, pots and pans, electric skillet, utensils, and silverware. The unit comes with a stacked washer/dryer, oversize pantry, nook and wifi for internet access.
The living room has furniture that features handmade drift wood coffee table, end table and dining table. The balcony door and two windows facing the West lets the natural light filter through room providing an inviting beach feel. The 42 inch HD television is mounted to the wall and family games and books compliment the unit for family fun.
Royal Palms has an beach chair equipment rentals (seasonal), outdoor swimming pool, pool lounging chairs, indoor heated swimming pool and hot tub, sauna, steam room, fitness room, men’s and women’s restrooms, covered parking, covered unloading area and onsite security and security cameras.
