Remodeled studio with good indirect beach view from the balcony!

Comfortable queen size bed and Ikea Sofa that converts to a queen size sleeper. (Unit sleeps 2 adults and 2 small children, but not suitable for 4 adults or families with older children due to lack of privacy and space.) Plenty of storage for such a small space. Bedframe has built in drawers. Large stack washer/dryer. The new (September of 2022) wall unit heating and AC does a great job although when you run the dryer, the hallway/bathroom area does get warm. That is the only complaint we've ever had. A desk with a keyboard drawer and rolling chair are provided that allow you to work if needed from the condo.
Complex has 3 pools, one seasonally heated, plus a kiddie pool, tennis courts, shuffleboard, and an in-season snack bar called the Sugar Shack. Beach service can be purchased in season but beach chairs/umbrella should be in the balcony storage closet if you prefer to use those. Truly a resort feel on the property! There is a security guard on site. Limit of ONE CAR. Parking/Registration is $35 and the pass is good for your entire stay.
