Welcome to Shoalwater 704. A $200.00 deposit is required to hold your dates, then full amount is due 30 days before your vacation. Once final payment is received we will mail to you the code to the door, 1 parking pass, and other condo info. If an additional parking pass is needed it is $50.00. We take credit cards, Venmo, Zelle, checks.
In the summer season, May 23-July 31, 2026. Saturday to Saturday check in/check out is required.
