Our Corner unit Living Area has West-facing side windows, and also Sliding glass door access onto the large balcony with direct Gulf view. Relax in the thoughtfully arranged Living Area with 49” HDTV (large channel selection). To maximize your floor space, the TV is snuggled against the wall and not buried in a bulky cabinet. DVD's, puzzles and board games are available for those days spent indoors.
There is an L-shaped Balcony (East-West and North-South oriented) for enjoying the best beaches in the South! This Spacious Wrap-around Corner Balcony has Table seating for 4 plus 2 reclining Steamer chairs plus 2 additional chairs. You can watch dolphins, herons, and pelicans while relaxing with your early morning coffee! Walk out of the building down a short wooden walkway and directly onto the white sand beach. With twin elevators serving our building, there is seldom a wait.
Our kitchen area is conveniently arranged, completely stocked, fully equipped.
The large separate laundry room has a full-sized washer and dryer and includes storage space for the provided beach equipment (umbrella, chairs, towels, and toys)

Payment Notes
Weekly rentals are Saturday to Saturday. A $400 deposit is required on booking which converts to a damage deposit on receipt of the final payment and is refundable on departure and inspection by housecleaning staff. The total payment consists of the basic rental charge, the cleaning fee, and the 16% lodging tax. The deposit is NOT included in this amount.
Parking passes are required, at a cost of $40.00 for one pass. Credit Cards through PayPal with 3.7% additional charge.
Signed rental agreements are required.
