Parking

• Parking passes can be purchased on-site at the guard shack for $50 each, with a limit of two passes per condo. If you arrive after 10 P.M., you may purchase your pass(es) the following morning.

• For March 1st to May 1st the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old.
• No boats, jet skis, RVs, boat trailers, or trailers of any kind are allowed per association rules
