• No parking is allowed under other homes or in the driveways.

Things to know

• Pets Allowed: Dogs only. Limit one pet per stay, max 25lb. Pet fee $125
• Traveler must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation.
• State Identification Card or Driver's License copy will be requested upon booking.
• Security camera/recording device — “For your safety and protection, some properties have cameras installed outside. Surveillance cameras are not inside any of our properties.”
• Please note we don't provide beach towels
• For March 1st to May 1st the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old
