Primary renter must be at least 25 years old and remain with the group for the duration of the stay.
A signed rental agreement and photo ID are required prior to check-in.
Parking passes are required for all vehicles. Up to two parking passes may be purchased through the condominium association for $50 each at the Lighthouse front office.
