The name Lagniappe means "a little something extra," and this home delivers just that. Enjoy a large living room perfect for gathering with the whole family, an open kitchen designed for entertaining, and expansive beachfront porches on both levels. This home is also pet-friendly, allowing up to 2 dogs with a $348.00 pet fee and a small, gated area where your pet can enjoy the outdoors with you. However, please note that Gulf Shores beaches are not pet-friendly.
On the main level, you'll find a Gulf-front living area that spans the width of the home, a dining area, and a fully equipped galley kitchen with a bar for additional seating. This level also includes a laundry facility, a half bath, and a northwest bedroom with a king bed and private full bath.
The second level features a common sitting area with access to the outside deck, along with four bedrooms and two full baths. The two Gulf-front bedrooms each have a king bed, while one north bedroom has two queen beds, and another has two double beds. The northwest and southwest bedrooms share a full bath, as do the northeast and southeast bedrooms. Additionally, the upstairs hallway includes an alcove with a twin daybed and twin trundle.
This property is not available for rental to groups under the age of 25 or for bachelor or bachelorette parties. For the Hangout Music Festival, a $1000 refundable damage/cleaning deposit is required to ensure the property is maintained as expected.
