Besides featuring 2 private pools, one heatable from October to May for $60 a day, an elevator, and easy beach access just across the street at the 12th Street beach access, each floor of the house features 5 bedrooms, a living and dining area, a full kitchen and a wet bar, plus porches on both the beach and pool sides of the house. This means you have all the luxuries you and your whole family or all your friends could want for your beach getaway.

Both floors of this house begin with a great room with a smart TV and ample space for dining and gathering. Enhancing the space, a wet bar with an undercounter icemaker and beverage fridge awaits you in preparation for that perfect vacation libation. The kitchens on both floors are stocked with a full refrigerator, an oven and range, a dishwasher, drip and Keurig coffee makers, and everything else needed to prepare and serve meals for your whole group. A hall half bath and a laundry room add convenience to both floors. The doors between the 2 floors can also be closed for added privacy or they can function as one overall space.
The two levels then boast 5 bedrooms each. Each level includes a beach view King with direct access to the porches overlooking the Gulf and 2 more King bedrooms overlooking and providing access to the expansive outdoor pool area via the porches. A bunk room with a Twin-over-Full bunk provides a dedicated option for kids and a final Queen bedroom rounds out the accommodations on both floors. All of these 10 bedrooms feature a private bath, but the top floor beach view bedroom’s bath includes handicap-accessible features, ensuring that all guests can enjoy a comfortable stay.
Large front and back decks on both levels provide beach views and overlook the backyard - perfect for quiet relaxation, afternoon cocktails, or sun-drenched lounging. Headed to the beach? You'll find convenient access to the gorgeous sugar-white sand beach right across the street along with a convenient outdoor shower. Finish your day in the oasis-like backyard complete with 2 private pools, a smaller heatable one and a larger one that is great for cooling off in warm weather. Barbecue and outdoor dining is made easy with a charcoal grill, and a covered gazebo and a hammock bring it all together. In the covered breezeway you'll find a shaded ping-pong table and hammock chairs.
Located just 2 miles west of Highway 59 on West Beach Boulevard, just moments from the heart of Gulf Shores. Beach Access is simple with the 12th Street access just across the street.
This property is not available for rental to groups under the age of 25 or for bachelor or bachelorette parties. For Music Festival dates, a refundable damage/cleaning deposit is required to ensure the property is maintained as expected.
