1) This is a NONSMOKING unit. Smoking is allowed in the grill area.
2) no pets are permitted.
3) We will not rent to vacationing students or singles under 25 years of age unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent.
4) PAYMENT- Full Payment must bereceived (30) days prior to arrival. Please use the following forms of payment:
bank money orders, Paypal, Venmo, cashiers checks or personal checks payable to K. Trione.
5). There is a $40 charge per parking pass that will be charged. There is a limit of two cars.
